What’s a struggle you have faced as a woman in the industry?
Luckily, I have had such amazing opportunities since starting in the cannabis industry in 2021. Within the workplace, I have received full support and admiration from my peers and supervisors at The Prime Leaf. However, with every industry there are many areas to focus on for improvement. As a woman in the cannabis industry, one of my biggest struggles is gaining credibility from older patients when providing advice on various products for healing or enjoyment purposes.
What’s your favorite part about working in the industry?
I am so grateful for the overwhelming fulfillment I feel when a patient walks in beaming with relief and happiness because of a recommendation I gave to them. I have the honor of listening to a patient, listening to their life stories, the triumphs and tribulations they have experienced. To have the ability to hold space for someone whether they are searching for pain relief or to simply feel the bliss of life. It is priceless to curate a regimen that truly works for them.
How do you empower other women in the cannabis industry?
I love women and the power they hold within their own intuitive selves. I am truly amazed by women and the strides made in the industry every day! I hope to empower women in the cannabis by acknowledging their power, uplift them in every success, and help move them through moments of discouragement. When women work together we hold a very powerful space. I hope to see that space grow within the industry!
What’s your favorite Halo Infusions product?
