What’s a struggle you have faced as a woman in the industry?
Being a Latina woman i feel like i don’t get taken seriously a lot or I get taken advantage of. Unfortunately, I’ve seen that a lot but I can say the companies that I work for have just been amazing and have been a great support. Especially empowering women and that’s why I’m with them. I believe in them. I believe in the product and it’s great to see them grow and also wanting me to grow with them and that’s the beauty of it.
How do you empower other women in the cannabis industry?
I believe empowering women should be like supporting each other no matter if it’s just showing up to an event or sharing a post, liking or even just talking to someone that needs someone to talk to. Empowering women to me means pushing each other and being there for each other. I love when women help me and thank me for helping them grow with a piece of advice or anything else. think that is awesome.
