What’s a struggle you have faced as a woman in the industry?
Grounding myself in this industry was certainly a challenge, however, that process also empowered me to break out of my shell and advocate for myself while creating sustainable boundaries.
What is your favorite part about working in the industry?
My favorite part about working in the cannabis industry is being a part of a movement that is creating positive change, education, and deconstruction of the stigmas surrounding cannabis. Growing up with a misguided understanding of cannabis and now being able to help shift the perception of it is extremely motivating.
How do you empower other women in the cannabis industry?
I’ve been surrounded by some incredibly strong women who have supported and inspired me throughout my time in the industry. I hope that I can empower other women in the same way by always striving to grow, leading by example, and staying true to myself.
What’s your favorite Halo Infusions product?
My favorite Halo Infusions product is probably the Aunt Ellie’s Daily Dose Brownie. It was one of the first edibles I tried when I moved to Tucson, the dosing is perfect for me and the brownie is delish! A close second are the Canna Confections Flower Pops which are fun and tasty on-the-go edibles!
