MEET THE HALO INFUSIONS TEAM! Aaron, Infusions Chef • How long have you been with Halo Infusions? I’ve been at Halo for 8 years. • What is your title and main duties of your job? My job title is Infusions Chef. My duties are to produce, along with our kitchen team, high quality and strictly tested for potency edibles and topicals. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I’ve received is to: “crush your enemies and see them driven before you,” Conan the barbarian. • What do you love most about what you do? What I love most about what I do is getting to work with extremely talented peers in a highly competitive and new field. • Favorite Halo product and why? My favorite Halo product is our Cannabliss Gummies. I’ve seen the process develop from humble beginnings to the machine it is now. • Best part about working at Halo? The best part of working at Halo is the toxic free environment and the pride everyone has about putting out a higher than exceptional product. • Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. MEET THE HALO INFUSIONS TEAM! Jay, Supply Chain and Control Manager How long have you been with Halo Infusions? Almost 7 years now. What is your title and main duties of your job? I work as the Product Manager. One of my main duties is to help facilitate the development and creation of the new products to introduce to the market. How do you achieve success in your role? Success is largely dependent on having good communication with my peers and properly prioritizing the world of several projects that occur simultaneously. What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “When you do things right; people won’t be sure you’ve done anything at all.” – Futurama. What do you love most about what you do? I love supporting good people and a good product. Favorite Halo product and why? The new Sour Gummies or Flower Pops are probably my favorite because of their taste and plus the serving sizes are perfect for me. The 1:1 Glycerin Tincture also holds a special place in my heart. Best part about working at Halo? I love the level of empathy and passion from leadership. I love the dogs that are present in the office each day. And I love looking back and reflecting on how far we’ve come since 2015. Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I’ve bowled a 298 in a bowling tournament. For 9 Years, I started in the kitchen. • What is your title and main duties of your job? Wholesale Sales Representative. I help with educational training and on-site events. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Awareness of error will not produce true art.” • What do you love most about what you do? Listening to the needs from some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met that don’t get heard enough. • Favorite Halo product and why? I love our Aunt Ellie’s Super Mega Brownie because it’s a heavy, beautiful, and decadent . Our chefs make classy edibles for when you want to treat yourself to something great. • Best part about working at Halo? The best part about working for Halo is loving the changes that occur, they show how quickly we adapt. I also love all of our sweet clients in Arizona, from Yuma to The White Mountains. • Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I saved a 16 year old girl that survived a plane wreck and then walked through the woods for 3 days. I started as a dispensary manager and currently am the Accounts Payable and Procurement Manager • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Don’t take life too seriously, you’ll never get out alive!” • What do you love most about what you do? The diversity and the fact that every day is a challenge in an industry that is constantly changing. • Favorite Halo product and why? Our ointment because I’ve seen it provide immediate relief to patients. • Best part about working at Halo? MEET THE HALO INFUSIONS TEAM! Murray, Executive Director • How long have you been with Halo Infusions? From the very beginning. I think I may have turned on the lights. Seriously, all told, about 12 years. • What is your title and main duties of your job? I’m the Executive Director on paper, but I’m really just a member of the most amazing group of young people I have encountered in my career. They let me carry the flag, but our employees make up a really stellar team. They are the ones truly running the business! • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Well, discounting the, “don’t wear shorts” advice, I guess it would be something my father used to say: “What ya’ gonna do?” It seemed to encapsulate the idea that when faced with a tragedy, challenge, or just disappointing event, remind yourself that “you can’t change everything, so don’t stress about it.” As westerners, we tend to fret too much about small stuff and forget the bigger picture. • What do you love most about what you do? The young people I have the privilege of working with. The chance to share life experience and lessons with each other and to learn about the world from one another. • Favorite Halo product and why? Well truth be told, I like them all. But my absolute favorite are our gummies. Using RSO-style extraction and not winterizing our source cannabis oil makes for a better full spectrum product. For years we’ve heard how they don’t give you the annoying hyper-buzz that comes from distillate, but rather a mellow, even, and frankly far more pleasant experience. • Best part about working at Halo? The almost weekly birthday cakes. Who doesn’t love cake! After that, I’d go with the energy of our employees. • Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I love horses. I package what the wonderful kitchen produces and assist with distribution. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Keep cool and carry on!” • What do you love most about what you do? All of it. Working with my team. • Favorite Halo product and why? Our Canna Confections caramels are delicious, and I love the smell when they are being made! • Best part about working at Halo? Being able to be a part of the industry and being hands on with everything. • Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I burp 400 times a day and I have no webbing (frenulum) under my tongue. MEET THE HALO INFUSIONS TEAM! Chelsea, Distribution Technician • How long have you been with Halo Infusions? 5 months • What is your title and main duties of your job? Distribution Technician. I distribute Halo product all across the state of Arizona. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Don’t ever think it can’t happen to you” • What do you love most about what you do? Honestly, everything. I love being able to learn something new every day. It’s definitely challenging, but who doesn’t love a good challenge?! • Favorite Halo product and why? Our gummies. They take the edge off after a long day • Best part about working at Halo? Being in this industry and experiencing/ learning new things firsthand. On top of that, I’ve never had a job not feel like a job and have an AMAZING work family like I do now • Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I have overcome every single thing that was meant to destroy me and turned my entire life around within these past two years all on my own.
