Halo Infusions Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Wholesale Discount Prices

Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established Dispensary. Please provide a copy of your Dispensary License and Certificate to Operate before we deliver any of Halo Infusions goods.

Minimum Order

Our minimum order is $500.00. A delivery charge of $50 applies to all orders under $750. No delivery charge applies to orders over $750.

Placing Orders

All orders must be submitted online. We currently deliver twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders for Tuesday delivery must be received no later than 5pm Saturday. Orders for Friday delivery must be received no later than Tuesday at 5pm. No orders will be accepted on Sundays.

Note that all products are available in specific minimum quantities. For example, baked goods and candies must be ordered by the dozen. Ointments are available in quantities of 3 or 4, for large and small ointments respectively, while tinctures are available by the half-dozen.

You must be an approved wholesale customer to order from Halo Infusions. Please submit your order by logging in to our wholesale site on Leaflink. We have service representatives that can provide you in-store professional merchandising service.  We will also provide you with the necessary information you will need for educating and informing your patients regarding edible and topical products as well as assisting with your retail display needs. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality professional guidance on our products, and their sales and support.

Lead Time

Each dispensary we serve throughout Arizona has deliveries one or more times per week, dependent on location. For example, some phoenix metropolitan dispensaries may be served more than one day per week. All orders require 48 hour advance notice prior to your scheduled delivery day. Delivery days are assigned based upon established routes, and are determined at the time of your wholesale customer account setup.

Out of Stock

We try very hard to maintain all products in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out-of-stock situation occurs we do not back-order out-of-stock items. We will either contact you directly to inform you of the out-of-stock status and to make suggestions regarding alternatives, or we will send your order without the items, with the expectation that you will order the out-of-stock items on your next order. We will note on your packing slip any items that you ordered that were out of stock.


All orders are delivered personally by one of our staff, so please provide your physical Dispensary Agent card at time of delivery. You will also receive a packing list with your order. At delivery, we ask that you perform a physical inventory count prior to shipment acceptance. Payment is required at time of delivery. We regret that we only can accept cash payment at this time.

Wholesale customers picking up orders directly from Halo Infusions Tucson location must provide their physical Dispensary Agent Card, trip manifest and payment.

Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

We strongly encourage you to perform an inventory count with us when we deliver your order. You must notify us of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge on your next delivery.

Halo Infusions accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our agreed-upon carrier’s delivery schedule, or failure to maintain the products appropriately (including handling and refrigeration). If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

Stock Rotation

Edible products have a limited shelf life dependent upon the type of product (e.g., candies vs baked goods). This information is available on our wholesale Web site or from your delivery driver. We encourage you to rotate your stock daily to ensure that your customers have the freshest product. This will further help reduce returns and helps us keep costs down.


We guarantee our products to satisfy the customer’s expectations. In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue any or all of Halo Infusions products, any products returned to Halo Infusions in sellable condition will be credited to the customer’s account. In order to receive credit, all returns must be submitted within two weeks of receiving the original order.


All payments must be in cash. We regret that we are unable to accept checks or credit cards at this time. All payment is due at time of delivery.
