Product Warranty Halo Infusions

Halo Infusions & Extractions encourages all Wholesale Customers to inspect products upon delivery to confirm that they are delivered as ordered. Pay particular attention to storing products as suggested in this document, and informing your customer as to any specific requirements for storing and using the product as intended.

All of our products are manufactured on the date that is listed as the six-digit prefix to our Batch IDs. It is important to understand that certain products (Brownies, Cookies, some Juices, and Rice Mellows) are stored frozen as part of the Halo Infusions distribution model, until orders are placed. For our baked goods and Rice Mellows, the shelf-life stated below begins the day you receive the delivery. For all other products, the shelf-life begins on the Date of Manufacture.

Although ADHS does not require that an Expiry/Expiration Date be applied to all product labels, it is our practice to do so. Expiry/Expiration is not an indication of safety, but quality (dryness, etc.) may decline after this date.

Customers are invited to contact us with any questions about any of our products and our contact information appears on every product label for their convenience.

Requests for product return/replacement are handled on a case-by-case basis. Halo Infusions will not be responsible for product damage due to post-delivery negligence, improper storage or display, accident, or conditions other than normal use by the Wholesale Customer. Chronic Health Tinctures & Topicals
Tinctures​ – Store in a cool, dark place for up to 18 months.
Lotions​ – Store at room temperature for up to 18 months. Avoid heat or direct sunlight.
Roll-Ons – Store at room temperature for up to 18 months. Avoid heat or direct sunlight.
Ointments​ – Store at room temperature for up to 18 months. Avoid heat or direct sunlight.

Brownies​ – Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) up to 1 month.

Canna Confections Candies & Confections
Vanilla Caramels — Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) for up to 6 months. Do Not Refrigerate.
Rice Treats​ – Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) for up to 1 month. Do Not Refrigerate.
Chocolate Bars​ — Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) for up to 6 months. Do Not Refrigerate.
Flower Pops (Lollipops)​ – Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) for up to 6 months. Do Not Refrigerate.

Cannabliss Gummies, Sauces & Syrups
Gummies​ – Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) for up to 6 months. Do Not Refrigerate.
Hot Sauces​ ​ – Store refrigerated for up to 6 months.
THC Syrups — Store in a cool, dry place (≤77°F) 6 months.

Pure & Simple Beverages
Frozen Beverages – Store frozen for up to 6 months. Thaw in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 days of opening.
Ready-to-Drink Beverages – Store refrigerated for up to 4 months. Consume within 6 days of opening.

Canine CBD Therapy
CBD Relief Oil – Store refrigerated for up to 12 months.
