• How long have you been with Halo Infusions? From the very beginning. I think I may have turned on the lights. Seriously, all told, about 12 years.
• What is your title and main duties of your job? I’m the Executive Director on paper, but I’m really just a member of the most amazing group of young people I have encountered in my career. They let me carry the flag, but our employees make up a really stellar team. They are the ones truly running the business!
• What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Well, discounting the, “don’t wear shorts” advice, I guess it would be something my father used to say: “What ya’ gonna do?” It seemed to encapsulate the idea that when faced with a tragedy, challenge, or just disappointing event, remind yourself that “you can’t change everything, so don’t stress about it.” As westerners, we tend to fret too much about small stuff and forget the bigger picture.
• What do you love most about what you do? The young people I have the privilege of working with. The chance to share life experience and lessons with each other and to learn about the world from one another.
• Favorite Halo product and why? Well truth be told, I like them all. But my absolute favorite are our gummies. Using RSO-style extraction and not winterizing our source cannabis oil makes for a better full spectrum product. For years we’ve heard how they don’t give you the annoying hyper-buzz that comes from distillate, but rather a mellow, even, and frankly far more pleasant experience.
• Best part about working at Halo? The almost weekly birthday cakes. Who doesn’t love cake! After that, I’d go with the energy of our employees.
• Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I love horses.

• What is your title and main duties of your job? Director of Finance – oversight of the company finances.
• What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Be here now.”
• What do you love most about what you do? Working with young people. Working with a product I believe in. Putting the patient first by bringing that product to a wide range of people throughout the state.

• What is your title and main duties of your job? Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer. I help develop marketing material for our current and upcoming products.
• What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Survive with courage, humor, and grace.”
• What do you love most about what you do? I love that I can continue to be an artist and promote a product I know is helpful for my community.

• How long have you been with Halo Infusions? Almost 2 years.
• What is your title and main duties of your job? Senior Software Engineer. I lead projects for our custom software development especially in regards to our manufacturing. Also work on integrating our systems with other parts of the industry to streamline everyone else’s work!
• What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “To never be too wedded to a single idea. To explore many different options.”
• What do you love most about what you do? I like being able to influence many different parts of the process. From the consumer end to the basics of production! Love seeing the overall picture.
• Favorite Halo product and why? I’m partial to the prickly pear lemonade. Tasty, can easily dose, and nice and southwestern.
• Best part about working at Halo? Getting to be part of the team. Like in question 5, it’s awesome to see the whole process and talk to everyone about what they do.
• Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I love climbing mountains; especially if they have glaciers on them.

• What is your title and main duties of your job? Wholesale Sales Representative. I help with educational training and on-site events.
• What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Awareness of error will not produce true art.”
• What do you love most about what you do? Listening to the needs from some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met that don’t get heard enough.
• Favorite Halo product and why? I love our Aunt Ellie’s Super Mega Brownie because it’s a heavy, beautiful, and decadent . Our chefs make classy edibles for when you want to treat yourself to something great.
• Best part about working at Halo? The best part about working for Halo is loving the changes that occur, they show how quickly we adapt. I also love all of our sweet clients in Arizona, from Yuma to The White Mountains.
• Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you. I saved a 16 year old girl that survived a plane wreck and then walked through the woods for 3 days.

• What do you love most about what you do? What I love most about what I do is getting to work with extremely talented peers in a highly competitive and new field.
