What’s a struggle you have faced as a woman in the industry?
It has much been like any other industry for women frankly because you know it’s about pay level, not having equal pay, it’s about lack of advancement. Also, the lack of female leadership. I think a lot of the industry came from, I’ll call it “the dark side,” and that has been traditionally men or a majority of men and as they moved into the grows and into the legal markets there was a lack of women. I feel fortunate that we work for a company that right out the gate we were paying a decent wage and it didn’t matter if you were male or female. We have promoted from within so, we’ve given a lot of opportunities to women over the 10 years we have been in business.

What’s your favorite Halo Infusions product?
I have a few that I really like and use with some frequency. The Canna Confections Vanilla Caramels were sort of my idea ’cause I like caramels. For sleep that is what 1 tend to use them for or body aches or body pain. The Cannabliss Gummies really help with sleep without getting too high. You can function well and still get some relief. Our Chronic Health Pain Relief Ointment is a topical so there is no inebriation if you will. I was really surprised a topical could relieve pain in the way that it does.
