MEET THE HALO INFUSIONS TEAM! Cherry, Customer Care Manager • How long have you been with Halo Infusions? Since June of 2018. • What is your title and main duties of your job? Customer Care Manager. I assist with inquiries related to our products and I also help in wholesale and marketing with a variety of duties. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Don’t forget to take care of yourself.” • What do you love most about what you do? The feedback we receive from multiple customers and patients. I started as a patient and worked in the dispensary. So, I got to see how well our products, specifically our tinctures, improved the lives of many of our patients who suffer from a variety of medical conditions. • Favorite Halo product and why? Our 1:1 Pain Relief Tincture would be my favorite product. It really helps relieve some nerve pain when I have flare ups of inflammation. I suffer from a rare brain and spinal condition that causes nerve pain throughout my body. • Best part about working at Halo? Working and growing with amazing people who put their love and energy into making such a delicious medication at top quality and know that it helps so many people! I distribute Halo product all across the state of Arizona. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Don’t ever think it can’t happen to you” • What do you love most about what you do? Honestly, everything. I love being able to learn something new every day. It’s definitely challenging, but who doesn’t love a good challenge?! • Favorite Halo product and why? Our gummies. They take the edge off after a long day • Best part about working at Halo? Being in this industry and experiencing/ learning new things firsthand. Wholesale Engagement Manager: scheduling and coordinating dispensary promotions, industry events and samples. I also help manage Halo’s weekly delivery agenda. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Life is like a carousel.” • What do you love most about what you do? Communicating with everyone I work with, including clients, I love being all on the same page. I find real enjoyment in seeing lots of people come together for a collective goal, like a choreographed dance. • Favorite Halo product and why? Our Canna Confections Belgian Chocolate Bars (specifically the Dark Chocolate). I love quality chocolate, especially a little before bed. I started in the kitchen and currently am the Fleet and Maintenance Manager. I’m responsible for making sure our vehicles are maintained and in good working order. • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Don’t go to sleep angry.” • What do you love most about what you do? I enjoy the feeling of getting stuff done. Also, the people here at Halo are awesome. Everyone is positive and trying to help each other. • Favorite Halo product and why? Senior Software Engineer. I lead projects for our custom software development especially in regards to our manufacturing. Also work on integrating our systems with other parts of the industry to streamline everyone else’s work! • What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “To never be too wedded to a single idea. To explore many different options.” • What do you love most about what you do? I like being able to influence many different parts of the process. From the consumer end to the basics of production! Love seeing the overall picture. • Favorite Halo product and why? I’m partial to the prickly pear lemonade. Tasty, can easily dose, and nice and southwestern. • Best part about working at Halo?
